Contact privacy

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional service, and your message. These details are used to respond to your inquiry. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Sending your message

Messages are delivered to Jay’s Timberline Productions email inbox. Resend processes message delivery, and Google hosts the receiving mailbox. Your inquiry isn’t added to a marketing mailing list.

Preventing spam

Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether submissions are legitimate. It processes browser and network information for that purpose. The website also keeps temporary security records to limit repeated submissions and avoid duplicate delivery. Those records use keyed hashes of network addresses, email addresses, and message content rather than storing the original values.

Messages remain in the receiving email system as part of the conversation. You can ask Jay about your inquiry or request deletion by replying to the conversation.
